This odorless, colorless gas is formed by the incomplete combustion of flue gases. It can be caused by any fuel burning appliance. We recommend that every house use a carbon monoxide alarm. To protect your equipment, filter changes are a must. Normal, 1” furnace filters need changed monthly. Larger 4” pleated filters, need changed yearly.
